Bobbie began her theatrical career as an actress, after being accepted into the master classes of and studying with Stella Adler, Lee Strasberg and Gene Frankel. She studied Classical Acting with Mario Siletti.

Her voice coach was the late 5-Time Tony Award Winner, Herb Green, who was Musical Conductor for original Broadway productions such as: Stephen Sondheim's, "Anyone Can Whistle", Meredith Wilson's "The Music Man", etc. etc., etc.

She began when she was cast as a member of the Jean Cocteau Repertory. One of the characters she played was Gwendolen Fairfax in "The Importance of Being Earnest"

Regional Theaters:

Bobbie appeared in regional theaters and summer stock, working with Jose Ferrer, Katherine Houghton (niece of Katherine Hepburn) and others.
